Junior preschool - 2 to 3 year olds

 Our Junior Preschool is a warm and nurturing space where young children develop emotional intelligence, independence, and a love for learning. We believe in creating a "home away from home" environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. 

Kiwi Kids Junior Preschool offers an environment where children are nurtured and empowered to be independent, confident learners. We provide an environment that is positive and encourages children to work alongside each other as we guide children positively by supporting them through their learning. Children have the freedom to make their own choices and to actively explore their environment.

Children are encouraged to develop at their own pace with uninterrupted play and freedom to explore the classroom and outdoor area within a safe and secure environment.

Our programme allows for children to learn while having fun! The programme is based on the emerging interests and developmental stages of the children, allowing for spontaneous experiences as well as planned. Kiwi Kids allows for children to be children and to have fun alongside their peers and teachers.

Each day is a Kiwi Kids Preschool Adventure.

We are conveniently located in Hillmorton, Christchurch our nearby suburbs are - Halswell, Hoon Hay, Cashmere, Spreydon, Addington, Middleton, Wigram.

·  Morning Mat time (9.30am) then morning tea

·  Followed by option of teacher led experiences and indoor/outdoor free play

·  Music based mat time (11.00am) followed by lunch

·  After lunch sleepers start to go to bed from 12pm

·  Afternoon tea (2.30pm) followed by free play
